- ONE OUT OF SIX
- This blog started as a place where I could write about my ongoing battle with infertility. Well, I won. I am now a mom to a beautiful little boy named Jack. My husband J and I are thrilled to be parents - and overwhelmed by all that it entails! Now, I write about that. As far as who we are .. I am a television producer and writer who has managed to rack up a few impressive awards .. J is a photographer and singer who has also been recognized for his work (in both areas.) We are in our late 30's.

- AF = Aunt Flo (a euphemism for menstruation)

- Beta = Blood Pregnancy Test
- BFN = Big Fat Negative (this is bad)
- BFP = Big Fat Positive (on a pregnancy test)

Congratulations! I had my six week ultrasound yesterday. I am having twins! We were able to hear their hearts beating. Very amazing!
