This used to be a blog about my struggles with infertility. Then it became a blog about my amazing baby. And now - it's about me - my infertility, my baby, my work, my marriage, my friends, my life.

I hope the appointment went well! Good luck little Jack...Hot summer is not a time to have to be burdened with additional headwear. I know...
I wanted to just to say hi. Over a year ago you visited my blog and gave me advice. i'm so happy to see you have reached your dream and have a little baby :) My best friend (who was an OBGYN) in May 2008 told me to not switch from a bad doctor and to wait a year to get diagnosed despite my fears of PCOS. You were one of the people who commented that I should not wait. Thank you. Thanks to you I switched doctors and got diagnosed with PCOS. Though Im not at my destination yet, I'm closer thanks to your advice. You never know a comment you leave could change someone's life.
This may come a little strange.. or it may not. I've been suffering from RPL too, and have clotting disorders, and live in Pittsburgh... I would love some help. I can't find a doctor willing to take me seriously. If you read this, and you get a chance... I'd love your help. Please let me know who you've seen! :) You can reach me at farasha_raqs@hotmail.com or my blog http://howsmylittlebabymaker.blogspot.com/ .... Thank you. And Congrats. He's beautiful.
This blog started as a place where I could write about my ongoing battle with infertility. Well, I won. I am now a mom to a beautiful little boy named Jack. My husband J and I are thrilled to be parents - and often overwhelmed by all that it entails. Now -- I write about that -- our life, our struggles, my hopes, dreams and frustrations. The mundane and the sublime..
As far as who we are .. I am a television producer and writer who has managed to rack up a few impressive awards .. J is a photographer and singer who has also been recognized for his work (in both areas.) I'm 38. He's 40. We love each other, and our son, and come from two very dysfunctional families. So sometimes that "love" looks a little wonky.
